Chepstow Walking Festival

4th April 2018 - 8th April 2018

Description

Chepstow is a true border town and its walking festival has become firmly established on the walker's calendar, each year bringing something new to those who live locally or are visitors to the area.

The programme of walks this year featured local legends such as St Tewdrig on his journey from Tintern to Mathern, a trail celebrating our Literary Hero J K Rowling and Chepstow's 950th Anniversary!

The area is beautiful at any time of the year but particularly so in Spring when the bluebells are in full bloom and there is no better introduction to the Lower Wye  landscape and heritage than to join one of the many walks on offer.

Full details will be published nearer the date
