Description

Dubbed by The Guardian as “the Carluccio of the Wye Valley” our in-house forager Raoul van Den Broucke supplies the hotel with produce collected nearby and runs foraging expeditions that take guests off the beaten track. The crop depends on season and ranges from a wide variety of edible mushrooms, wild garlic and sorrel, bitter cress, pennywort, wimberries, sea beat, marsh samphire, edible flowers and wild strawberries.

Courses will run on the following days (Saturday unless otherwise specified):

21st, 28th September 2019

5th (FULL), 12th, 19th, 26th October 2019

2nd, 9th November 2019

Costs: £60 per person with lunch. Also available as a gift voucher.

Courses start at 9.30 – guests should arrive at 9am. You will be back for lunch by 1pm.
