Join us to experience this popular world cuisine.
The class will be a mixture of demonstration and hands on cooking and dining on some of our Italian favourites from Pasta to Gnocchi, Gnudi to Arancini.
We will make ricotta cheese, focaccia bread, sweet cannoli (the Godfather’s favourite dessert), Italian polpettina bake, panzanella and more.
We will create an Italian feast to dine on and partake in a class of Italian wine.
A selection of teas and coffees are available throughout the class.
Aprons and recipe packs are included.
