Join us for the Christmas party to end all Christmas parties here at Hillside!

On Saturday December 16th, we’ll be hosting the ultimate Christmas party in our seriously cool Hop Barn, with great food, brilliant music and even better beers (naturally) flowing all evening. With a dress to impress dress code, we’ll be laying on the glamour for a truly glitzy affair, with tickets including a delicious three course sit-down dinner, fantastic entertainment and live music.

The Menu:

Goats Cheese and Roasted Cherry Tomato Tartlets
with a walnut and Rocket salad drizzled with rosemary oil

Smoked Salmon & Prawn Pate
With red onion and a rosemary marmalade and melba toast

Smooth Brussels Pate
With red onion and a rosemary marmalade and melba toast

Parsnip & Apple Soup
Topped with parsnip crisps and served with crusty bread

Main Course
A choice of Traditional Roast Turkey, Traditional Roast Chicken or Traditional Roast Beef
All served with stuffing, Chipolata, seasonal vegetables. Roast potatoes and homemade gravy

Mediterranean Filo Parcel
Stuffed with red pesto cream sauce

Traditional Christmas Pudding
Served with brandy sauce

Lemon Tart
Butter pastry filled with zesty lemon custard, fresh raspberries and raspberry coulis

Chocolate orange brownie
Served with clotted cream

Sticky toffee Pudding
Packed with sticky dates served with vanilla bean ice cream

Take the A40 from Ross-on-Wye towards Gloucester. Holly Bush Farm is 8 miles from Ross. We are approx. 1.5 miles after passing the Farmers Boy pub on the left and Nags Head on the right. Keep on the A40 (ignore sign to Longhope on the right). After about a mile you will see a turning to May Hill and Clifford Mesne on the left. Keep on the A40 and the farm is approx. 100m further on the right. The driveway shares an entrance with a house called Stratville which faces the road. (A detached red brick and cream house) There is a gate a short way along the drive. Go through the gate and up the drive to the farm. The brewery is on the left of the barns at the top of the hill.
