9th March 2018

Friday 9th March. 7.30 for 8.00

A welcome return  for  Carmina, the well-established international celtic folk/jazz fusion trio headed by Pippa Marland (vocals, pipes clarinet and saxophone) and Rob King (vocals, guitar, mandolin, bodhran, mandola) who have created a unique blend of traditional and self- penned songs with a distinctively celtic flavour that morph into free form jazz before bringing the listener back to earth. They are joined on this gig by Paul Bradley, virtuoso guitarist and vocalist. This will be a showcase for Pippa’s pure vocal style and the intricate musical support from Rob and Paul.

Advance tickets are £10 and will be available from the Brockweir and Hewelsfield Village shop about 4 weeks before each event or from Adrian Birch.  [email protected] Or 01291 689812. £12 on the door.
