Monmouthshire Food Festival

14th October 2017 - 15th October 2017

Monmouthshire Food Festival is held twice a year in the glorious surroundings of Caldicot Castle in rural Monmouthshire close by the Wye Valley and the Wales Coast Path. It is a fabulous foodie day out for the whole family with demonstrations, talks, tastings and lots of food and drink to try and buy. After all Monmouthshire is the Food Capital of Wales

The Demonstration Theatre features many of Monmouthshire’s finest chefs giving a taste of our hotels and restaurants. They showcase the finest food the county has to offer in dishes that show both flair and imagination, a positive treat for the taste buds.

The Look and Learn Theatre features master classes, tutored tastings and demonstrations on a wide range of food and drinks. Meet the producers of the finest local food and drink.

The Family Quarter offers foodie fun for our younger and not so young visitors.

The Producers Market is full of delicious food and drink. Try a pint of craft beer brewed just a mile from the Castle’s drawbridge, some preserves made with locally foraged hedgerow fruit or perhaps some other treats for a picnic in the Castle’s Country Park.

Tickets: Entry £5 children under 12 free
