The management of 3Shires are very sorry that you were disappointed. Unfortunately we are not allowed to open our entire Garden Centre on Easter Sunday due to strict trading laws, where some other Garden Centre's are allowed if they have a smaller area of retail space. In response to customer demand we have opened The Gallery Restaurant for the past few years, as many of our regulars like to come anyway, perhaps meeting up with friends and family for a delicious carvery for Easter Lunch. The discount voucher for plants for customers returning on Easter Monday was offered as a goodwill gesture and we found many people did use it, I'm sorry that it did not suit you. I accept that our website should have been more up to date and should have published that we were not able to open on Easter Sunday. I will do my best to ensure this is rectified and the information is current. Once again, we are truly sorry for your disappointment when you came to see us. Thanks for your feedback. We are so sorry that you got a raw deal on the size of your cake slice. Our cake slices are normally extremely generous, as are all our portion sizes, so not sure what has gone wrong here, but we would really love the opportunity to put it right as we value your custom and your feedback. We haven't increased our food prices at all over the past 12 months, and
