Why not come and enjoy a slower pace of life in one of our cosy cottages for two in the Forest of Dean?  Robin and Wren cottages have been renovated to a very high standard and offer all the modern comforts whilst retaining many original features.  Lounge with woodburner, kitchen, double bedroom with either en-suite or a separate bathroom. Relax in the garden with a glass of wine and admire the gorgeous views, or spot an amazing variety of birds from our very own birdhide!

New this year Little Owl, our studio apartment with pretty Shapridge Common on the doorstep.  The accommodation is open plan with kitchen, lounge- diner, bedroom and a separate spacious shower room. The accommodation is all on the same level and parking is within 10 meters. 

All units have use of designated laundry facilities.  Good local amenities in Mitcheldean (3 miles) and convenient access from M50, M4 and M5.  All three units are accessed via a single track road which ends in a rough unmade farm track.

Pets welcome by prior arrangement in Wren and Little Owl.

Directions
From Gloucester follow A4136 as you approach Mitcheldean turn left before the LAMB INN and the roundabout into Abenhall Road. Go past Dean Magna School on your right. TURN LEFT at the chevrons into Church Lane. Go past Abenhall Church and uphill following the road that turns into a track. Keep going down the pothole track, bear right at the fork. Dean Cottages are signposted here. The parking area is to your right in front of Fairlea, the first house on the right hand side. The nearest bus stop is in Mitcheldean (3 miles) and the nearest railway station is Gloucester (12 miles).
