Glamping in or near St Briavels - 4 units each sleeping 2

Cadora Woods Glamping is a small, family run, glamping site in the heart of the Wye Valley– a nationally recognised area of outstanding natural beauty since 1971. A great place to recharge and the perfect base for exploring our stunning local area.

Our generous four acre site has just four handmade cabins on it – two shepherd’s huts and two beautiful wooden yurts, each perfect for individuals or couples. We offer you nature and comfort so that you can come home weather-kissed and refreshed.

Queen Of Hearts

A spacious Mongolian-inspired yurt – with a twist. Built using wood and metal, it features an exquisite stained glass window as well as a round sky-light window so you can lie on your wrought iron king-size bed and look up at the stars.

Starry Skies

The sister yurt to Queen of Hearts. It is situated at the edge of our four-acre grassland and has a direct view of the valley. Like Queen of Hearts, it’s an elegant structure with antique windows, Victorian floorboards and a sky light to enjoy the stars.

Tiger Moth

Our traditional shepherd’s hut, handcrafted in metal and mounted on a 1940’s bale trailer. It feels wonderfully high up and is filled with natural light.

Gypsy Moth

The sister hut to Tiger Moth. It has been crafted using red cedar and is mounted on a lovingly restored 1900’s horse drawn cart.

Down a quiet lane, in a secluded meadow over-looking the beautiful Wye Valley. Spend your days walking, cycling or visiting local sites including Tintern Abbey, Symonds Yat and Clearwell Caves.

Once you are here, you don’t need a car – there are at least four pubs, several villages, a village shop and the river Wye within walking distance (along lovely trails including the famous Offa’s Dyke path).

If you are coming by public transport, the closest train station is Lydney (6 miles away). National bus companies serve Chepstow and from there you can take a local bus to reach us.
