The 17th century barn is set in a courtyard with the owners property and has its own patio with table and chairs, and a shared garden with a small lake. The barn was converted to give a light modern space but still retains the character and beams.
The slate floored entrance hall leads to three oak floored bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom with a 5ft bed has an ensuite shower room. The 2nd bedroom has a 5ft bed and the third is a double or twin.
From the hall stairs lead to the first floor and the large vaulted open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
Large windows allow light to pour in making it a very airy space. There is underfloor heating throughout powered by a ground source heat pump which also heats the water. Doors from the living area lead to a small balcony where you can sit and watch the cows in the paddock and the sunset over Garway Hill.
Short breaks available between September and April.
Card payments accepted.
