Award-winning Memento Gifts is Newent’s centre for local arts and crafts.

40 artist-makers, from the area circling May Hill, showcase jewellery, textiles, cards, paintings, woodwork, glass, porcelain and more, here. You can source individual, different, desirable presents, or treat yourself at affordable prices.

What makes our shop unique is the mixture of high-quality locally hand-made designs, with Fairtrade alternatives and top brands like Dartington Crystal, Yankee Candles, Willow Tree collectables and luxury Belgian chocolates, all served with a friendly smile and local knowledge.

Commissions undertaken.  Craft demonstrations during July.

This is a lovely little gift shop with plenty of gift ideas for all ages from 0 upwards - fabulous christening gifts too, lovely chocolates, paintings by local artists and other lovely handmade gifts.

The staff there are always friendly and welcoming and if you can't find anything ask because very often Lynn Ashton (the owner) will order it in for you.

Please if ever you are in Newent, take time to pop in for a visit and have a look around a recently extended shop.
